Velrifya's designers create and submit 3D model files for client review and refinement. Additionally, based on client requirements for soft lure color layering and raw material density layering, we carve test molds.

We use test molds to create action samples, which are then subjected to detailed underwater rig performance assessments in Velrifya's 7-foot deep water test pool. Adhering to a strict set of testing standards designed specifically for various soft lure rigs, we select matching rig accessories and rods to ensure that the test results accurately reflect the true swimming action of the rigs.

We design and manufacture molds for the final product, producing the first complete soft lure.

By fine-tuning raw material formulations and production techniques, we ensure perfection in hardness, elasticity, weight, and other critical static performance metrics.
